Reservations:
A deposit of 25%, confirms your reservation payable by money order or personal
cheque. A Post-dated Check for the remainder should accompany the deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
If
you need to cancel your reservation 45+ days prior to your arrival, your deposit
is refundable,
less a $50 handling fee. If you cancel <45 days prior to your arrival, your
deposit is non-refundable. The exception to the non-refundable policy is if
another booking takes place for the time period that you booked.
